Fantastic place! Huge condo for a large group of people and awesome pools! Very affordable. Only thing was the young girl at front desk made me wait exactly till check in time to receive keys…it was a very awkward 2 minutes seriously 2 minutes. Others than that strange girl it was great!
We stayed for a week from Saturday October 18th till Saturday the 25th. Great room, complete kitchen, large living and bedroom. Clean and well maintained.Has Outside patio with furniture. Wife enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Used time share.
The French Quarter was convenient, clean, and stocked with essential dishes. The second bedroom had a king bed (nice), but i had no place out of the way to put my suitcase. Connecting bathroom was perfect. Front desk is monitored from 9-5 only with a sister property 10 minutes away monitored 24/7.
In one month Oct 26, 2025, French Quarter will not be available. Owners will have several options to continue with Spinnaker at Palace View Resorts. We have thoroughly enjoyed this resort. It does need upgrades, but the location is the best in Branson!
Loved staying here! Was in town for a week for my daughter's dance competition and having access to a kitchen and laundry was a life saver. The only downfall with the kitchen was a leaking dishwasher on my last day. The washer and dryer were small but having it in the unit outweighed the small size. Pool was wonderful, as were the hot tubs even though one was being repaired for a few days. Loved the access to their sister location for the indoor pool and activities. Quiet at nighttime, even with my room right next to the elevator. Sleeper sofa mattress (shown pulled out in the living room) could use a refresh but it was fine for a kid, likely not for an adult. Shower was oddly dark but it had a jacuzzi tub so that was a win. PS - Watchout for the giant groundhog! He/she will stare you down without shame or a glimmer of fear in its eye. Spotted by several families that I traveled with and stayed here as well.... it will live in our travel adventures forever lol
Room is a little dated, but the rooms are CLEAN! Door locks kept freezing so had to get let in rooms regularly. Only one of the 2 hot tubs were warm.
Was a beautiful only downside was the elevator worked about 30% of the time we stayed there ironically it was fixed the day we checked out but I won't hold that against them stuff happens
Stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bath with a balcony, living room, dining area, and full kitchen. Decor is a little dated but still nice. Everything you need to start your stay is provided so don't worry about going to the store right way. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit are also nice. OK view off the balcony with some trees and birds. Good spot, right on the main road of attractions, but a little tucked away and feels more private. Staff were all awesome, no issues during our stay. Only minor gripe was the furnace was a bit loud right when it kicked on, nothing I'd even bother calling about. Oh and there are grills for use and lots of on-site activities as well. I'd stay again.
